Hello and welcome to my blog!
I'm a lifestyle photographer based out of San Luis Obispo, CA. My home has some of the most amazing places to photograph, but that's not to say that I don't love to travel to new and EXCITING places. One of the greatest things about my profession is all the people I get to meet along the way.
I specialize in babies and children and I LOVE photographing weddings (who doesn't love a good love story). I'm always up for a challenge and will photograph just about anything that comes my way. Here on this blog you will find my latest work as well as bits of my own life. I am a mother to a beautiful little boy and wife to an amazing man. Life can be crazy, fun and a little wild. I take my camera to capture those moments.

It is a bit late in the year for resolutions but I am up for a bit of a challenge. I have plenty to be blogging about lately and have been having a good number of sessions, but I want to start bringing my camera out for more of the everyday life. Since starting my business I have had less time to photograph the things that happen in my own everyday life as a mom and wife. So I am going to make time and post EVERYDAY for one month and then we will see what happens. The post don’t have to be about my own life daily but the everyday stuff will just fill in the gaps when I don’t have a session to post.
This brings me to another topic. One of the first questions that people ask when booking a session is location. So I want to throw out an idea. How about having me photograph your everyday stuff. A couple of hours in your home taking pictures that capture the memories of who you all are. Weather it is the kids playing, making cookies together, playing in the yard, or reading stories. These are the memories you will want to remember. These are my favorite sessions to photograph too.
Anyways my challenge will start tomorrow and if you would like to contact me regarding a session I am booked in April and most of May. June and July are looking pretty good but starting the middle of August I will be limited to how many session I can take.
Supplies and groceries are bought, truck is being loaded as I write this, bags are packed, and new shoes have been purchased. Daddy is turning 34 on Tuesday and we are headed for four days of camping and adventure with just the three of us! We can’t wait! After months of Jeff working hard, we really deserve this little vacation.
Of course the camera batteries are being charged and memory cards are being cleared because I will have my camera on my side the whole time.
That also means four days of no internet and computer access, so if you email me I will be returning emails on Thursday the 25th.
And we are ready…
